"Cold water shower first morning. There was hot water later that day and the next morning. Another traveller with me got double billed. It was worked out but did delay her day by about 20 minutes. Rooms were basic but fine. Microwave and fridge in my room both worked fine. "

"The staff at this hotel is wonderful! It seems like a lot of sports teams stay here and they are ready for them. Really appreciated the service from the whole team. Seems like as winter recedes there's a lot of cigarette debris all around the property, a shame guests can't dispose of them properly, my small puppy staying with me managed to try to eat about 20 of them.
