Very nice room, comfortable bed. Multiple pillows, something not seen in Vietnam in my other stays, and important for sleep comfort for my old bones. Breakfast buffet was quite good.

I had a wonderful stay at The Legend of Hanoi in Vietnam. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location that made it easy to explore the city. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. They made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The room was well-kept, relaxing, and a perfect place to rest after busy days in Hanoi. I truly appreciated the hospitality and warm service throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi and would happily stay here again.

The staff were excellent—friendly, fluent in English, and always quick to assist with any request. The hotel itself was beautiful, with a charming balcony overlooking the streets of the Old Quarter that made us feel like locals right away. Breakfast had some hits and misses: the crepes were delicious and became our daily favorite, while other items, like the Danish pastries, could use improvement. My husband did experience some food sickness, possibly from the salami, though I was unaffected. Overall, despite the food needing some refinement, we enjoyed our stay thanks to the welcoming staff, comfortable room, and great location.

They were always proactive in offering help and went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable. What impressed me most was their willingness to suggest great tourist spots and guide us with genuine care. Their support made the entire stay much more enjoyable. ​We stayed at Hotel du Lac Signature for one night before traveling to Sapa, and it was absolutely perfect. Every detail—from the prime location and pristine rooms to the delicious breakfast and relaxing spa—exceeded our expectations. ​The staff were incredibly kind, but special thanks must go to the Guest Manager, Rose. Her exceptional service was truly commendable and made our stay stand out. Honestly, the service level here felt even superior to the 5-star Hotel de la Coupole we visited in Sapa. ​My spouse and I are already planning a return trip to Hanoi just to stay here again. Highly recommended!
