« Staff not on site. Bedsheets and pillowcases hadn't been cleaned. Multiple complaints from other customers. Doors didn't lock. No cold water. Next time would pay $100 more to stay an Wyndham. Weird experience.... wouldn't recommend. »

« Outside the hotel needs some cement work done on porch supports. The room I had was clean and nice. The floor on the second floor was soft in front of the elevator; Breakfast is not included, just coffee. The hotel was nice, but in need of repairs by the owner. The staff was very friendly and helpful. »

« On a hot day, late check-in, no air conditioning, instead the baseboard heat was on. Turned the thermostat off but it stayed warm until morning. Very poorly lit premises and hallway/entrance and it stunk like musty smoke. Nothing on the website(s) indicated you have to go a half a block away to check in to get the key, and it would have been very difficult to find that place in the dark had we not randomly run into another guest. There was barely enough shampoo there to wash your hands, and no...
