This premier cabin has three bedrooms, and three full bathrooms that will comfortably sleep up to ten people. Gull Haven 704 is a popular location for families and groups to come together and spend uninterrupted lake time together. It will be easy to feel refreshed and rejuvenated whenever your entire vacation is surrounded by beautiful lakefront views of Gull Lake. Make it a priority to enjoy your morning brew in the screened-in porch, where you are surrounded by serene views of Gull Lake. For dinner, make sure to grill up a delicious dinner on the private charcoal grill, or tell old family stories around an outdoor firepit while watching the sunset. GUEST COMMUNICATION: After you book your reservation, you will receive a booking confirmation email along with your reservation specific rental agreement, that needs to be e-signed and returned before your check-in date. 48-hours prior to your check-in date, you will be emailed your check-in information that includes critical information for your stay. We are happy to provide check-in information earlier than 48-hours upon request and returned signed rental agreement. PAYMENT SCHEDULE: We recognize that planning a trip can be stressful, so we want to ease your mind by breaking up the payments! If your booking is less than 120 days prior to check-in, the deposit will be 75% due at time of the booking instead of what's listed below. If booking within less than 60 days of your stay, payment is due in full at time of booking. We are also more than happy to accept payments in smaller increments if reservation follows traditional payment schedule that is shared below. 25% at time of booking 50% due 120 days prior to arrival 100% or final payment due 60 days prior to arrival DAMAGE FEE BREAKDOWN: Security Fee: In lieu of a security deposit (with exception), we provide up to $3,000 of damage protection for $79 plus taxes. The property was great, and we liked how close it was to attractions. We realized most attractions were closed for the season, making the cabin more important because we spent a lot of time there. The cabin was closest to the water's edge and the kids loved the beach. The cabin was bigger than appeared with plenty of sleeping space and a great view of the lake. Well equipped. ##### Todd K.
