Cross Country Ski Area Gai Luron Tours and Activities

I’m very disappointed with our stay. The main issue was the excessive noise coming from the guests upstairs. We were on the first floor, and the noise continued throughout the night, making it very difficult to sleep. I tried several times to go to the front desk, which was advertised as being open 24/7, but there was literally nobody there during the entire night. I also tried calling the hotel’s phone number several times, but nobody answered. Our scheduled check-out time was 11:00 AM, but because we could not sleep and the room was extremely hot, we ended up leaving at around 6:00 AM. The room itself was clean, but there was no air conditioning. Only a fan was provided, and the room was uncomfortably hot. Overall, the lack of staff available during the night, the excessive noise, and the lack of air conditioning made our stay very uncomfortable. I believe this situation should be addressed, especially since the hotel advertises a 24/7 front desk.

I checked in and opened the door to the room, but it hadn't been cleaned well. There was a lot of dust as well.
