Private Mountain Retreat w/ Hot Tub and Fire Pit

10/10 Excellent

"Lovely property, just as described. The beautiful waterfall right off the back porch was such a bonus. Please note that the start of the hiking trail is very steep and not realistic for people with any type of mobility concerns or looking for a leisurely stroll (maybe there was a different entrance to the trail, but I didn't find it). Hosts communicated well and had more than reasonable check-out requests. Our stay was very busy, so we weren't in the home much, but it was very beautiful. I would definitely stay again for a more secluded, intimate/cozy retreat."

Three Trails Downtown Elkin

8/10 Good

"We had trouble getting in to our room. After we found the number to call for help checking in, she gave us our key code. She said VRBO did not send them all the information they needed so we could check in properly. Thankfully the process only delayed us checking by about 15 minutes. The place was great! The only other issues were the train coming by at the crack of dawn and the light in one of the bedrooms kept randomly turning on in the middle of the night. It would take 2 to 3 times of it coming on and us turning it off for it to finally stay off. Then it did it again in the morning. Overall it was a cool place and we loved that it was close to everything."

Little Creek Cabin, 2 bedrooms, 1.5 Baths (Sleeps 4)

10/10 Excellent

"We had a wonderful stay at Little Creek Cabin. The cabin was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. We loved the peaceful setting, privacy, and beautiful mountain sunsets. Its location made it easy to explore the Blue Ridge Parkway and nearby West Jefferson, while still feeling secluded and relaxing. Paul was a welcoming, attentive, and accommodating host. He was flexible when we needed to change our dates and checked in to make sure everything was going well. We’d happily stay here again!"

QUIET & PEACEFUL IN THE HIGH COUNTRY MTNS TWEETSIE RR AND GRANDFATHER MT NEAR BY

10/10 Excellent

"This rental, which is located in a nice quiet area, was very clean which made our stay (my husband and myself) even better. It is easy to get to and conveniently located to Blowing Rock, Boone, West Jefferson, Wilkesboro and other towns in the area that we didn't visit. Entry to the Blue Ridge Parkway is very close to the rental which is another plus. We needed some information when we arrived and called our host. She answered the phone and immediately solved our problem. We have agreed that if we're ever up that way again, we will book this rental if it is available."

Peaceful Real Log Cabin Rushing Trout Stream Jacuzzi Hot Tub

10/10 Excellent

"Beautiful cabin in the most picturesque mountain setting. Quiet stream flowing behind the house made for the most relaxing fall weekend. Well appointed and fully stocked with all the essentials! Great communication with host. Will definitely stay again and will refer to friends!"

Hawk Ridge Haven | Sleeps 4 | Hiking | Fishing | Community Pool

10/10 Excellent

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was exactly as advertised. We were able to cook in the cabin and they did have games on hand. Gated neighborhood was nice. No issues"
