"I was on vacation and I chose to set my alarm so I could watch the sunrise from the property. Each morning. I simply walked out the double slider doors to a fenced in backyard and you are there. If u want u can turn on the firepit and enjoy the seating area. One morning the cows came to visit. Feet from me. Gorgeous animals. The peacefulness and beauty of the location was why we selected this location. Everything was close to the downtown area of SLO. Such an easy drive to Cal Poly or any DT...

"Lovely old farmhouse. The rooms and beds are comfortable. It is an old house so lots of creaking but clean, modern bathrooms, great patio and porch for morning coffee and afternoon wine. Was concerned that the train was so close but never heard it except for a little bit in the late afternoon. Quiet neighborhood with lots of parking. Great communication with owner."

"Adorable house in a great location. Great communication from host. All the amenities you’d want (hooray for fluffy towels and other nice touches). Wish we’d booked a longer stay so we could use the cozy fire pit. Walking distance to nice restaurants but remote enough that we had deer in the front yard."

"The house is in a moderately upscale neighborhood on a quiet cul-de-sac. It's close to a pleasant walking path and a short car ride from shopping (Albertsons, Walmart, Kohls). The home has a comfortable layout with a large kitchen. The heater is noisy for those in the upstairs bedroom otherwise the sleeping arrangements are fine. The lower dishwasher rack was broken, otherwise the kitchen was easy to use and well stocked. We would stay there again."

"There is a huge waterleak with the irrigation system on the West side of the house and the water is seeping underneath the garage area and it already has mildew smell really bad. The water shoots up ten feet in the air when the irrigation comes on. Also, the toilet upstairs sometimes runs and runs unless you shake the handle."

"We were only here for a short wedding weekend, but wish we had longer to stay at this comfortable and charming property! Complete with a pool and gorgeous views overlooking rolling green hills and a vineyard. We weren’t able to take advantage of the large surrounding property, with tennis courts and hiking trails, so I guess we will just have to come back. Thanks for a wonderful stay!"
