This home is located just 5 blocks from the famed Paso Robles restaurants and downtown wineries. This one bedroom + one bath home has a full kitchen, living and dining areas, as well as a large fenced backyard with outdoor seating, spa, fire pit & BBQ. The Space: Living Space: This home features a western decor in this craftsman style living space. The living room has leather couch & chair and features a Smart TV. The newly remodeled kitchen features butcher block counters and new appliances. It is Fully-stocked with luxury cookware, dinnerware, and glassware. Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker as well as Nespresso espresso machine, are provided for your morning pick me up. The Bedroom has a King size bed and a 50” Smart TV. The full bathroom is newly remodeled with a walk-in shower and is stocked with quality towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Outdoor Areas: The outdoor backyard space is fully fenced and features a large open space with spa, seating area and fire pit, and, of course, you can grill it up on the gas BBQ. Additional Amenities Also enjoy Board games, Bluetooth speaker, outdoor games, etc. Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, laundry facilities and private parking. All features to have a comfortable stay on site. Hot tub, fire put, and spacious fenced in backyard complemented us and our pooch. No issues at all, directions for use easy and applicable.
