« There was nobody there to guide us to where we were supposed to go. Fortunately, there was a staff there, it is a plastic surgeons building, that was able to contact somebody with the villa who gave us phone instructions on how to open the door and where actually the room was. They apologize and said the manager is usually on top of things, but apparently at this time there was a glitch. Things happen. « There was a moldy musty smell constantly. I even have developed a cough and tickel in my throat due to low clean air. »

« STAY AWAY! Our room (121) was filthy…dirty bed spread with pet paws stains on it, dirty pillow case, dirty bath mat, dirty lampshades, filthy stained chair, half painted and broken bathroom door, unswept and very dirty floors…and the smell… Unfriendly staff I couldn’t wait to get out of there… »

« Our room was clean but not very spacious. Bed mattress wasn’t very comfortable. Only one sitting chair at the table. Balcony was very nice though. It had two nice chairs and a nice table for sitting in the morning for coffee and viewing the beach. The beach was outstanding. Not crowded and peaceful. Two pools. « The place was beautiful and in a great location. The only issue we had was that our air conditioner did not work the whole time we were there. They had to control it manually because our thermostat didn’t work. The last two days we had no air conditioner at all and it was hot. We were told numerous times someone would be up to help us. They never showed. We called down to desk several times with no answer. We just gave up trying. We were told by the manager he could not refund us any money...
