« We really enjoy this property! We've stayed 3 times so far and will definitely return for future stays. The area is beautiful and invokes relaxation, the accommodations are very comfortable and convenient and there are ample activities to engage in or you can just relax. Breakfast, which is included, never disappoints, the portions are very filling and delicious. I highly recommend. On a side note, the cottages would benefit from a refresh to maintain their allure. »

« My hotel stay was nice. All of the front desk staff were friendly, except for one young lady who I wasn’t that impressed with. The room was clean. Housekeeping missed cleaning my room one day, but were great the rest of the week. I was pleased that it really was close to the beach since this was my first time in Gulf Shores. I would stay here again. I will definitely return next year!! »

« Overall an “okay” stay. Our room came with a mini fridge and microwave which were great. The coffee machine we didn’t get to use because there were packets of coffee included but no cups, sugar, etc. The room could have been cleaner. I found part of an old deodorant behind the bed and my daughter actually found a random pill on the floor and thought it was mine (it wasn’t) which could have been dangerous had she been younger. The towel racks in the bathroom were poorly positioned over the toilet...

« STAY AWAY! Our room (121) was filthy…dirty bed spread with pet paws stains on it, dirty pillow case, dirty bath mat, dirty lampshades, filthy stained chair, half painted and broken bathroom door, unswept and very dirty floors…and the smell… Unfriendly staff I couldn’t wait to get out of there… »

« Check in was a breeze, parking was easy and convenient. Room was fabulous overlooking the marina and included a roomy balcony. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was fresh. »

« We stayed four nights. Location was great. Staff at front desk was helpful when they were there. Website states beach towels were provided, yet when you ask for towels it is for pool only. It’s hard to go to beach without a towel. There were several unattended kids running wild throughout the hotel daily. We tried to get a drink at the bar and were totally ignored. « Great location, right on the ground level. Parking was a breeze, literally parked 20-30 feet from the room. The room had plenty of space for 6 of us (2 adults, 3 teenagers, and one 10 year old). The back patio had plenty of space to hang out with a full size patio dinner table. Open the back gate and you're 10-15 feet from the hot tub and pool. « The staf was extremely polite and helpful. Was on vacation and unfamiliar with the surroundings. The staff helped point me toward restaurants, and local attractions. The property was clean and well maintained. Quite comfortable and would definitely stay again. »
