« The staff was excellent considering they had no records of my already paid for reservation. Took extra time getting checked in due to this. Thankfully, they were able to get us another room. Our suite had miscellaneous tiny holes in the bathroom and one behind the door in the bedroom. Kind of strange, but it did not appear to having anything inside of the holes. Shower took a while to warm up on the fourth floor. The couch and chairs were hard as rocks, however the beds were comfortable. For...

« The pool was smaller than the photos show online, it was also dirty. No one cleaned it at all. Other then that, it was good. »

« STAY AWAY! Our room (121) was filthy…dirty bed spread with pet paws stains on it, dirty pillow case, dirty bath mat, dirty lampshades, filthy stained chair, half painted and broken bathroom door, unswept and very dirty floors…and the smell… Unfriendly staff I couldn’t wait to get out of there… »

« The place was as advertised though the because of the size and layout of the room and the very small kitchen, I wouldn't recommend 6 people in a room. There were only 2 of us in a room for 6 and we were comfortable, we used the bunk beds to store baggage. We lost several hours of our vacation time trying to confirm our reservations because of a booking problem with Expedia (they said everything was fine but the hotel had no record of our reservation) but the person at the desk when we arrived...
