Beautiful top floor unit on the corner with a direct view of the lagoon from your balcony with the beach a short walk away. We are on the lagoon facing quiet side of the condo so you aren't hearing beach traffic all day. One of the only low-density complex's in the area where you have your own private balcony! The complex has 2 pools, a grilling area, and covered parking with laundry facilities on site. Unit has been updated with everything to make your vacation complete, 3 flat screen TV's, 3 DVD players, cable/internet, and a fully equipped kitchen. Quiet location right across the street from the beach with public access points .25 miles walking distance each way from the condo, only 1 mile from the Hangout and next to a convenience store. We did have one problem and heard from the owner right away. Problem was fixed. There were plenty of games to play in case of rainy weather but our skies stayed clear until the day we left. This was our first time to stay in a Condo. Hands down loved it and can't wait to go back. It was clean and was enough room for our family. Communication with the owner is easy and she responded back fast!!! There are 2 laundry rooms on the property. There is one on the level as the condo which is nice and you dont have to walk up down stares.
