This hotel is rated as a 4 star but it did not feel like it. The parking is tight and there is barely any parking near your room. People were smoking weed every single day and I could smell it in the hallway and outside the grounds AND cigarette smells on the beach. This was supposed to be a family friendly hotel but that alone made me want my money back. The sheets had sand in them as if they didn't wash them. The towels had stains on them. The floor was also filthy. It left my socks black. The door to the balcony didn't lock. The shower would splash water all over the floor because half of it was not enclosed in glass. The room itself was small. There are parking fee's. Overall this felt like a 2 star hotel. It was not up to my expectations. I would not recommend this to a family with kids.

The condo was not as advertised. Was not directly on the beach. Parking was almost impossible. The condo toilet leaked around the base. The handles on the kitchen cabinets kept falling off. The wifi did not work. It was advertised as having 3 tvs, but only 2. Very unsatisfactory.

Our stay was very nice. The hotel and rooms were clean. The breakfast was really good. The only problem we had was that we had to wait 3 hours for our room to be ready. The front desk was suppose to notify me when it was ready but didn't. I found out by going up and asking.
