« Room was nonsmoking but smelled like someone had been smoking in it nonstop for weeks! No other solution from staff. My son’s asthma was horrible after one night. The water was also brown in the shower. »

« SpringHill Suites by Marriott Orange Beach was exceptional on all accounts. Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and has wide variety of items that rotate throughout the week. Rooms were cleaned as soon as we left, so always perfect condition when return from activities. Staff was incredibly kind and professional. There is well equipped gym and large swimming area. There is great restaurant, Mile Marker 158, outside on the dock. Also, great shopping at the Wharf. Also, Dolphin...

« Great breakfast, clean room, polite staff. The front desk needs a bell or phone to contact employee because they are in the office in the evening and didn’t come out for 20 minutes. Unable to call front desk from room also..front desk phone out of order. I had to book through Expedia because no phone service with front desk. Brand new building working out the details I guess. Plan to return in the future! »

« STAY AWAY! Our room (121) was filthy…dirty bed spread with pet paws stains on it, dirty pillow case, dirty bath mat, dirty lampshades, filthy stained chair, half painted and broken bathroom door, unswept and very dirty floors…and the smell… Unfriendly staff I couldn’t wait to get out of there… »

« Shelly was very friendly and helpful. She has great customer service. The only thing I didn’t like was people staying in the hotel was beating on our door really loud and running around 2-3am multiple times. This happed both nights we were there. Besides that, we enjoyed our stay. »

« The room was clean and comfortable with a full kitchen including a dishwasher. The breakfast menu was fresh - scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, hot oatmeal, sausage egg and cheese biscuits, cereal, fruit, fresh waffles, and juices and coffee. The indoor heated pool is great! Plenty of parking; and once you add in downtown OWA, it is a great place to stay. »
