« Room was nonsmoking but smelled like someone had been smoking in it nonstop for weeks! No other solution from staff. My son’s asthma was horrible after one night. The water was also brown in the shower. »

« Very clean nice rooms well kept »

« The room was nice and the staff was amazing. Had a guest and his wife decide to drunkenly fight from 11:30 p.m. to around 3:30-3:45 am. Slamming doors at 11:30 while arguing and woke my kids up. It was an adjoining room and I beat on the door and told them to be quiet. When that didn't work, I called the front desk and told them. It didn't do any good. They attempted to get them to stop, but it didn't work. As I said, the room and the staff were amazing. Just drunk and disrespectful people. »

« Great breakfast, clean room, polite staff. The front desk needs a bell or phone to contact employee because they are in the office in the evening and didn’t come out for 20 minutes. Unable to call front desk from room also..front desk phone out of order. I had to book through Expedia because no phone service with front desk. Brand new building working out the details I guess. Plan to return in the future! »

« Friendly staff all around, well kept property and beautiful view. Great options for family activities all around. Cottage had everything we needed, and then some. »

« STAY AWAY! Our room (121) was filthy…dirty bed spread with pet paws stains on it, dirty pillow case, dirty bath mat, dirty lampshades, filthy stained chair, half painted and broken bathroom door, unswept and very dirty floors…and the smell… Unfriendly staff I couldn’t wait to get out of there… »

« The room was clean and comfortable with a full kitchen including a dishwasher. The breakfast menu was fresh - scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, hot oatmeal, sausage egg and cheese biscuits, cereal, fruit, fresh waffles, and juices and coffee. The indoor heated pool is great! Plenty of parking; and once you add in downtown OWA, it is a great place to stay. »

« Shelly was very friendly and helpful. She has great customer service. The only thing I didn’t like was people staying in the hotel was beating on our door really loud and running around 2-3am multiple times. This happed both nights we were there. Besides that, we enjoyed our stay. »

« Top notch property on the beach. We had a beach view with balcony, and it was wonderful to enjoy. It’s a large property so one needs to inquire about all the services, food locations, etc upon arrival so you don’t miss anything. Rode the bikes around the park and walked to the pier (fabulous venue in itself), laid on the white sand beach, ate at lower restaurant, and we enjoyed it all. »

« The hotel is very new. Rooms are nice, but the refrigerator and microwave are too low and difficult to use. Breakfast was ok, not great. The location of the hotel is good with easy and adequate parking. »
