« I really loved everything about this resort except for the beds. They were awful. The staff tried to accommodate me by bringing another mattress pad to the room for the bed, but that still did not help. My husband nor myself got any sleep the 4 nights we were there because of the horrible beds. We had a king bed with the bunk beds. Both beds were terrible. This makes me sad because there is nothing else about the resort that I disliked. I would love to go back, but not at the expense of my body...

The only complaint we have is there was people that were also staying at the hotel seemed to have invited ALOT of people who were not hotel guests and basically overtook the outside patio with their visitors. They also brought a large speaker and played music really loud! « We really enjoy this property! We've stayed 3 times so far and will definitely return for future stays. The area is beautiful and invokes relaxation, the accommodations are very comfortable and convenient and there are ample activities to engage in or you can just relax. Breakfast, which is included, never disappoints, the portions are very filling and delicious. I highly recommend. On a side note, the cottages would benefit from a refresh to maintain their allure. »
