« Front desk needs training with their customer service skills. Claimed they knew nothing and offered no assistance. Room very basic...nowhere near the cost of the room. »

« Hotel was nice, spacious pool, nice hot tub, but had a weird VIP roped off gazebo area. Would be nice to treat all guest as if they were equally important. The "Pool View" room are on the first floor and have a balcony that faces the pool, however sits low so you cannot see the gulf whatsoever. the room was spacious and had a small mini-fridge. « Great pool and bar at pool. Easy walk to beach with 2 chairs and an umbrella included with stay. Restaurants were great with many options. Will definitely return! »

« The staff was excellent considering they had no records of my already paid for reservation. Took extra time getting checked in due to this. Thankfully, they were able to get us another room. Our suite had miscellaneous tiny holes in the bathroom and one behind the door in the bedroom. Kind of strange, but it did not appear to having anything inside of the holes.
