The only downsides were the squeaky bunk beds, but will note having the bunk beds were ideal for us for having 4 kids and hard to find .The indoor pool and hot tub being closed for maintenance during our (mostly rainy) stay was also disappointing . Also, there isn’t an outdoor hot tub as listed , it’s a kids’ pool. It’d be nice if maintenance were done in the winter months. Otherwise, everything was exactly as advertised. I’d recommend booking directly through Liquid Life to avoid VRBO fees. Its just perfect. The condo is very modern and looks great woth comfortable furniture, both inside and out. The property is very well maintained. Pool and hot tub area were very cleaned and spacious. The condo needs a detailed dusting. The vents and light fixtures were very dusty. But ither than that, very clean. Prepare to bring extra everything. Paper towels, TP, garbage bags, soap, dish washer tabs, etc. Nit really privided with much here. Thankfully, there is a dollar store across the road thats easy to walk to.All in all, our family had a beautiful week. This condo was amazing and we would totally return. The balcony made it! We were two married couples, with a 5 and 7 year old. We had a great time and made great memories. Thank you for sharing your place with us! ##### James C. We had a couple of fans that did not work and the garbage disposal did not work. Maintenance was scheduled but did not come out while we were there. The location was excellent and area was quiet. We spent most of the time looking at the view. We wish we would have brought binoculars to see the dolphins better. Yes, dolphins can be seen swimming from here! The wrap around balcony was awesome to see the city view & ocean! Easy beach access. Make sure you ready the sign behind the front door, we missed it for the 1st few days. This is close to stores and restaurants, so it was the perfect location. Beds were comfy! Would definitely stay here again! ##### cindy l. Nice pool area. Right on the beach and the 14th floor view was spectacular from the balcony - great upholstered furniture out there.
