"Great for what was needed"

"Had a good time Hotel a bit dated but can beat the location !"

"Great place to stay on Clearwater Beach"

"Wonderful location, incredible third floor condo in a complex that has everything. Paved walking paths, good gym and pool area. The unit is super clean and has everything you need. Grilled out on the community grill and all the neighbors were very friendly. Very safe and secure with guarded entrance. The owner, Jennifer, was over the top attentive and called early and mid-stay to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. She is a "10" in our book."

"Fantastic stay, worth the price difference vs the Holiday Inn Express down the street. That was old, rundown, and lacked the amenities. Towneplace Suites was fantastic and convenient to both the work I was doing and access to quickly get to Clearwater beach to relax"
