"When we looked at the pictures of the property we thought the hotel had rooms with indoor hallway. We were given a room (that was a suite with door locked) with outside door even though we asked if there was indoor room. Room was in poor condition (baseboard off wall in bathroom). We reported to staff at desk and she moved us to a more updated room with outside door. Next time I will call property beforehand regarding indoor hallway."

"Great room, loved the balcony. Spent a lot of time at pool & hot tub, very nice. Excellent breakfast with a lot of choices. Will stay again! "

"Worst stay i ever been in recent times"

"If all your looking for is a bed, then this place is ok (way over priced for what it is) but if you want a cup of coffee your out of luck, no coffee, no breakfast, not even a box of kleenex. Up side there is a Gentlemen Club right next door."

"Property is okay for a quick stay. It’s more like an airbnb than a hotel. There is definitely a disruption/lack in communication between the agent you can message or call and their staff. I had arrived in the evening and there were some odd stains on the linens, but no staff on site to get new ones. Online agent did inform me housekeeping would be by at 11 the next morning and would change them. The next morning I was woken up by people knocking at my door at 9:30 am, un announced and in no type of uniform to identify themselves as housekeeping there to change my linens, which was really alarming as a solo traveler to have a man and a bunch of women at my door. Then another man came in my room and said he was there to fix my ac unit (that was leaking) and proceeded haul tools and parts into the room and use the towels provided to clean up the leaking water from the ac. The agent did message me a couple hours later to ask if someone can access my room later today to fix my ac. I asked for clean towels but never got them. Overall it was okay, room was clean for the most part. But I have stayed in airbnbs where hosts were way more attentive. And as a hotel I don’t think I would book again though. "

"Clean room, I think they did a good job with certain renovations, good internet connection. We did not have a closet in our room. Breakfast very basic but ok. "

"Breakfast was fantastic. Parking felt safe. Staff Jake was fantastic. He had fantastic customer service, and answered all questions. "

"To be fair.. I never checked in. My flight had been diverted so I arrived 2 hours early to drop off luggage and potentially pay for an early check-in. Even though the “open sign” was displayed and I waited 12 minutes- and walked the property-nobody was present. Then I called and no answere. I then returned and did the same 40 minutes later (after falling on their non-painted step) and the same…ghosted! I have pics and a video I’ll post soon."
