"There is no airport shuttle from TPA. The rude guest shouting from the balcony of obscenities and profanities and smoking pot on the balconies, there was piles of trash by my room. It looks like some kind of weird thing going down near my room. The place was filled with junk and it looked like it would have been used for storage and people are coming and going loading things in vans. It was very shady. The only nice thing about the entire facility was the pool area that was nice. I’m warning you. Something is going on with some of those rooms. Things are being stored there. Things are being done there that have nothing to do with guests staying for a few nights. "

"The most positive aspect of the hotel is it seems rather new, well built and is very quiet. The room was clean, temperature control was great and in room tv/entertainment also great. Staff is friendly and helpful. The negatives, which are not really deal breakers for me were the location. It’s kind of in an industrial park. The pool area is extremely small. The housekeeping is slightly lacking. Apparently they only make the bed and take out trash. They didn’t replace the empty tissue box, which I left sitting on th counter so they would notice, didn’t replace the toilet paper or the body wash which I reported empty the day before. I personally had to go to the front desk for all of this. All in all it was a pleasant stay. We weren’t using it as a resort, just a reasonable place to sleep and for this it met my expectations. "
