Comfortable bedrooms, clean and fully stocked bathrooms, and kitchen along with both indoor and outdoor seating fit the bill. We even had a Weber to roast our turkey like we do at home! Haley was very responsive and the location was close to Bernal Heights Park where we could get daily exercise and enjoy the beautiful views of the city. My friend and I sat outside of someone's home for 45 min waiting for an access code that never came because despite us being at the address listed and the building being the same in the pictures, the resident had no idea what was going on. At least I got my money back after my reservation was canceled by the owner AFTER our check in time - leaving us stranded in a far away city with nowhere to stay. This experience ruined my trip to San Francisco.
