Everything was good only thing we didnt like was how cramped Everything is we reserved 2 rooms exactly the same and in both we had to use sofa bed but was so cramped it would hit the desk that was attached to wall and would leave almost no room to walk infront of king bed other than that everything was great staff is awesome here

We had a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean. Braiden was so helpful and offered great customer service when we checked in. He was very patient and kind. There was an irate customer right before us who was absolutely rude to Braiden. The complaint had nothing to do with Braiden and it sounded like it was beyond his control. I do not think any customer who be allowed to treat the staff like that. Braiden handled himself SO well during it all.

The hotel has nice and well cleaned room and the staff is very friendly, but that was all. The pool was closed, no working. The ice machine all broken I think there was only that work not sure where was. Only you can enter to the hotel at the lobby door, the rest of the entry point the card was not working, so be ready for a walk. The breakfast was very small and simple.

The room and bedding were super clean. I asked her an iron , Said they’d bring one,, Had to go get it myself, Had to wait while they found one. The bathtub was super slippery and missing tiles expose sheet rock, Nearby dining options. Front desk staff was very helpful, The air conditioning was amazing!!!! It was so humid outside
