We spent 3 nights there. Staff are extremely helpful and nice. Hotel atmosphere is amazing. Rooms are very stunning! Location is good and in the main hotels road. It is 15 min drive to Tulum city centre. Is good for chill-time and not especial activity like party.

Absolutely loved this hotel, the location is amazing, the pools are clean. Staff is very friendly. View is 10/10. The beach located in front is one of the best clear water. Very safe and nearby spots to discover. Loved it!! Highly recommend it’s also budget friendly :)

The reception desk closed at 5 pm which is so early on and since there isn’t any transportation it was tough to coordinate anything because other than the receptionist nobody spoke English and she left after 5. Maybe it was off season but the whole place was uncharacteristically empty.
