"We checked in early, but our room wasn't ready until nearly 30 minutes after 4pm. We reserved an outdoor cabana only to discover the outside pool was closed. After walking back to the front desk and waiting in line for 30 minutes, they replaced it with an indoor cabana for an extra fee. Not a great way to start. We had to leave a day early for medical reasons and they refused to waive the early checkout fee. Not a good experience."

"Pillows were small but I asked and received a few more pillows to get a better quality of sleep. LK was great at check in.... easy and efficient. The Shuttle to the airport arrived on time and made the trip easy to manage. Missed breakfast as we started to the airport at 5 am. Room was clean but not immaculate. We had a bottom floor and went to sleep early so I expected noise but it was very quiet."

"The property is marketed as a modern, boutique style hotel, and the photos really set that expectation. In reality the room felt much closer to a dated three star motel. It had a stale smell, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the furniture felt very outdated. Even small details like the threshold coming apart made the space feel poorly maintained. I don’t mind staying somewhere simple if that’s what’s clearly represented, but this felt misleading. I chose your hotel based on the impression of a more elevated, updated experience, and it just didn’t deliver that. I’d strongly encourage being more transparent with how the rooms are presented so future guests can make an informed decision."

"For the most part, I did like the room was cold. It’s pretty big and I like the bed. Other than that. Everything else is outdated my couch look like it was leaning and one of the drawers when I opened it came off lol very old school."
