"Bad review. Do not like being charged day before to check card. Then charged double day of visit. Then saying will be back on credit card in 6 business days. I was charged on my credit card 4 times what my room was. So next night didn’t have enough for a stay in another hotel"

"Expedia is worst to use for booking these places as they do not clearly mention if it is a USD or CAD before booking Washroom plumbing was not good. Do not offer water bottle Breakfast menu is very limited Felt expensive for the price point."

"They don’t mention anywhere on the website that the shuttle doesn’t automatically travel between the airport and hotel. After a hour of waiting we called the hotel and they seemed surprised we called and said we’d be picked up in 20 mins. The floor we were on had a school tournament so it wasn’t quiet. We went out to eat in hopes that the most of the kids would have gone to bed and we’d be able to sleep. When we got back, we realized the deadbolt to our room didn’t work as the mechanism inside was ripped out. We were too tired at that point to try to switch rooms. We only stayed one night and had to get up early to catch the second leg of our flight. It was not a restful night at all."

"I travel/commute for work and stay in a lot of hotels around the area. This was my first time staying here, and I loved it. The ground floor room made it convenient for me to take my work luggage in and out. The room was quiet, the beds were comfy, the AC was amazing, bathroom was clean including the bath tub. And breakfast had a great variety. It was close to the 427, grocery stores and malls. I’ve already booked my next two work trips there! "

"The staff were fantastic. The furnace cover fell off during the night and made a very loud noise as it fell off and hit the ground. It woke us all up. We had a head-start flight the very next day which was in like 3 hours. We didn’t get much sleep and didn’t feel rested but I was thoroughly impressed with how the staff handled the situation and maintenance came within minutes to investigate. "

"We stayed overnight for a nearby competition. Great experience and very friendly staff. Our room was beautiful. The free coffee in the hotel lobby in the morning was a nice treat! Highly recommend!"
