"It was just a two-day stay for five of us to join a busy family gathering, so we didn't really get to use the property much. But it met our needs and the location was great. A wonderful park with a pond, a tall hill and a network of walking trails is just out the door."

"It's an older property now, and my wife and I have been coming here for a very long time. We love how conveniently located it is between Concord and Lexington. On our last visit in May 2026, it helped to have front desk personnel like Benson, who went out of his way in helping us get the right room when our original choice did not work out. Benson is a credit to The Element Lexington/Concord. This review comes way later than I had originally planned, which I'm sorry for, but I'm happy to come back and give an excellent review and mention awesome staff. Well done and thank you, Benson!"

"Julie was an excellent host in making the check in process seamless.The loft was immaculately clean and accommadations were perfect and in what I consider a Massachusetts paradise a very peaceful rural setting. I would highly recommend staying in Carlisle its worth the drive from Boston. Wonderful!"

"The mini fridge wasn’t deep cleaned and the room could use an airing out between guests. There’s a bit of a musty smell. All the bedroom & bathroom windows open and, once aired, the smell goes away. But the bedrooms & bathroom were very clean. Beautiful bedding, drapery, & furniture. The largest 2-room suite I’ve seen. A entrance/sitting room with desk & end chair. Small bedroom with a twin bed, main bedroom was spacious and an efficiency kitchen complete with small stove, full sized microwave, mini fridge with freezer, kitchen sink with counters/cabinets/bar seating. Bathroom is off the kitchen and not connected to either bedroom which is a nice feature when traveling with family. Staff were very friendly, Hot breakfast with fruit, & pastries served until 9:30am. Only 2 short blocks to the Main Street shopping district. Would certainly stay again if we returned to Concord."
