Will return

The unit itself was perfect. An incredibly spacious 3 bedroom/ 2.5 baths apartment for our group of 8. Communication with management was extremely difficult. Early check-in request was not honoured nor communicated to the housekeeping staff. The staff, however, bent over backwards to make up for management's shortcomings, and we were pleased with their effort. Extra sheets/ blankets, towels (as the unit, although advertised and booked for 8, was short extra linens) were promptly supplied. BYO milk/sugar for coffee. Other than the lack of availability for effective communication, everything else was great. We've stayed here before, and would do it again. Conveniently located.

The layout was very nice and it was in a very walkable area. However, the property wasn't secure. The door was left unlocked and that was a little unsettling. The place was spacious and fit me and my family very well. However, I'd read on previous ratings that the owner doesn't answer. The owner didn't answer any of my messages prior to the trip or during. I thought that was odd. For example, it would've been helpful to know what we do with the towels when leaving or if we were required to strip the beds. Also please have someone fix the door lock, it's a little loose and janky. Other than that it was a good place
