"We were there for two nights and enjoyed our stay. The location is beautiful and the hotel is clean and well maintained considering its age. The section we stayed in was like a motel unit but without any kitchen facilities. Unfortunately the restaurant in the hotel was not open on the day we came and a power outage in the area just before we arrived caused the only other restaurant in the area to close. However, the grocery store is modern and well stocked. Very quiet and wonderful views over the water, although not from our room. There is air conditioning but it is noisy. We were able to manage by turning it on in the evening and turning it off for the night and opening the window. We were able to eat in the hotel restaurant the second night and enjoyed our meal there. The restaurant has a large deck and great views. The front desk staff is helpful but only available when called. This is a little inconvenient at times."
