Aside from thise minor things the property is nice, felt pretty secured , and well kept. Cool old building retrofit with businesses and loft apartments. I did like the place overall. I think it would be best suited for a business traveler or a couple "

"We had a great stay at the Heritage Hotel. Last night, the staff showed exceptional politeness and patience, even while dealing with technical issues with the room card maker. Everyone remained calm and professional in what was clearly a delicate and stressful moment. I want to give a special shout-out to Miss Stephanie at the front desk—she handled the overwhelm incredibly well. Her grace, efficiency, and top-notch customer service truly stood out. Honestly, her professionalism alone would make me want to return to this hotel. She is simply the best!"
