"We loved this property. Everything was clean and we had all amenities needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. We didn’t have to eat out for every meal, which was great. My grandson wasn’t with us on this trip, but it has a bedroom that is kid friendly with a day/trundle bed, a small table with chairs and a variety of books provided, as well as a desk. "We had 3 generations under one roof for the VCU graduation. This home was close to campus, stores and restaurants. We had other family join us at the house to hang out together. The kitchen was a perfect spot for us all, the 2nd floor porch was great for views of the city. We had a great time staying there while we were in Richmond."

"Family came to Richmond for a wedding and needed a place for 3 adults and 2 teenagers to stay. Place was perfect with bedrooms and baths as well as the basement area so the kids had a place to hang that was their “own”. Communication was TOP NOTCH. Internet went out during our stay and I reached out to James. He let me know where pieces of equipment were so we could reset (which worked beautifully)! Had offered to help troubleshoot of that didn’t work to get it up and running again. Well...
