Very clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Everything we wanted to do was within 10 min. Communication with the owner was great. Just one complaint. We loved that it was located within walking distance to the river walkway, which is great for mountain biking and running as well. If the weather was a bit warmer, we would've loved to enjoy the large backyard. Anytime we wanted to get to VCU, shopping, or Carytown, hiring an uber was convenient if we didn't have a ride from someone else. It may be small but the updates and layout of the property make this house very comfortable and livable. Beds are comfy, bath is beautiful and kitchen has everything you need. Our family gathered over Christmas where I cooked and served a dinner for eight. Easy communication, check in, and check out process. I would stay here again. The house was clean and well decorated and they left coffee for us, which was well appreciated for our first morning there as we did not have to run out first hing in the morning. The upstairs room was used by the older kids, and the younger kids camped out in the living room on the fold out futon and a single air mattress we brought with us.
