This Two bedroom townhouse is located in very peaceful neighborhood on dead end street. Just 7 minutes drive to the Valley Regional Hospital, Michelin Tire Waterville Plant, walking distance to Scotian Gold, close to restaurant and town. Short distance to elementary, middle and high school. The Harvest Moon Trailway (110-kilometer trail that connects to the towns of Wolfville on one side and Annapolis Royal on the other side) is on the backyard of this property. Closer to Acadia University Wolfville, Agriculture Research Station in Kentville. Aylesford Lake, Halls Harobour, Look Up, Scot's Bay, Cape Split trails, Horbourville are just the name of few tourist attractions nearby places.

The trail is well maintained, but watch the weather as it can be sunny at the trail head and then be foggy at the end. Host was incredible and friendly. Very prompt with responses. The unit was under some renovations, but it was clean and everything we needed was there. We play in a tournament every year in Berwick and it's likely the place we will book again.
