« Nous y avons séjourné 3 nuits. Notre chambre (la "Country Garden") était énorme, très bien décorée, salle-de-bains immense et douche très originale... Accueil chaleureux et personnalisé: du pain frais était dans la machine à pain, cheminée (à éthanol) prête à fonctionner, cadeaux de bienvenue. Le personnel est très prévenant et sympathique. De l'eau, des gâteaux et confiseries sont à disposition dans le salon commun. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent et différent chaque jour. La Chef Jacqueline,...

« I paid for six nights at this hotel and specifically requested a room with a direct view of the red rocks. Despite this clear request, I was not given the room I paid for, which felt like a misrepresentation of what was promised. I tried to resolve the issue immediately with the manager on duty, A@, who told me to return on the 29th and assured me the room would be changed. When I came back on that date, A@ was not at work, and the rest of the staff had no record or knowledge of what he had...

« We stayed in honeymoon suite for anniversary weekend. Very private and woodsy. Felt like we were the only guests which was very nice. Morning coffee and breakfast service brought to our patio door is a very nice touch and a highlight. Staff is responsive. The only thing I wasn’t happy with is we messaged the afternoon prior to departure to request 1 extra hour for checkout. (12:00p v 11:00a). We were denied by host, despite the room not being booked that day. Made me rethink whether $1k for 2...
