"Perfect 2 bedroom spot in Kingsmill community. Kitchen was well stocked with coffee to get you started. Great back patio to watch golfers come up the fairway. Cant access Kingsmill golf courses and amenities, but great to walk around the beautiful community. Perfect for a couples trip. The unit was very clean and updated. Wonderful for a quick weekend away!"

"My mom and I had a great stay at this beachfront condo during our trip. The location is superb, right on the beach and very accessible. It turned out to be a perfect spot for both relaxation and telecommuting. The condo is spacious with calming bedrooms that offer stunning views of the ocean through expansive windows. "Great location and easy parking next to the secure door of your unit. Just steps up to a well decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath, living room, dinning area, terrific kitchen, and hall living quaters. Step outside and you can walk to Jarretts art gallery, little wine shop, a play house, an art boutique and oriental Tai food. Beach is 1 block away with new resturants and High Tides has great bands playing on the weekends. Just cant say enough about what a terrific stay we had. Enjoy!"

"If you want a great location with walking access to downtown Cape Charles, then this is the place. We arrived in town and easily found the place following the directions we were given. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Lots of thoughtful touches, those details set Cape Haven apart from just another condo. "This timeshare/condo property was so lovely! Each morning we enjoyed driving a short distance to explore Jamestown, Colonial Williamsburg, and other local spots. Then we’d come back to our condo for lunch and afternoon swim time with the kids. The pool was always clean and filled with clean towels to use. The entire property was well maintained and lovely; wish we had made time to walk. One afternoon we saw like 5 deer on the property. My kids also enjoyed borrowing dvds and playing mini golf....

"We had a great stay at this beautiful property. It backs up to trees and a lake, and you can see the top of the roller coaster at Busch Gardens across the lake. It was an easy check-in process, it was comfortable, and we had everything we needed. We had a few minor issues. There was an odor in the kitchen sink (probably in the disposal). The A/C and heat were reversed in the back king bedroom. The wi-fi password was wrong, and there was no cable (or instructions for TV) in 2 of the bedrooms....

"This place was placed perfectly. Just across the street from a very nice peaceful beach access, as well as a large park for children and dogs. There was an exceptional farmers market on Saturday that had an immense variety of local product and food trucks. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. My family and I stayed (Grandma 72 years old, aunts and cousins from 6years old to 37, and my mother 52 years old.) I would stay here again."
