« Every thing was amazing »

« Hôtel calme, un grand hall, salon avec canapé, ainsi que les tables et le petit déjeuner. Nous n'avons pas testé la piscine mais elle avait l'air bien. En plus du thé et café en accès libre, dans la hall se trouve un distributeur d'eau fraîche agrémenté de rondelles de citrons. Il y a un laundry et un ATM. Le petit-déjeuner était complet avec du salé également, une machine à gaufre, yaourts, céréales, ... La chambre était propre et spacieuse, avec un bureau et une chaise, en plus du frigo,...

« Yes on both. I found that the floor in shower very slippery I had to put hand towel on floor to stand on for safety. »

« Poor customer service. Signs in the room say no problem if you forgot to bring amenities available upon request. Well all they had were 2 towels in the room and didn’t have any available and was told won’t be any until the next day in the afternoon. The receptionist way of expressing that was that he was being bothered and wasn’t even thinking about going above and beyond to make a loyal customer happy. Guess washing towels is too much work now a days. »

« Un arrêt court à Battle Creek dans un hotel agréable et confortable sur notre voyage entre Chicago et Détroit mais qui valait le détour pour aller au Gilmore Car Museum et pour assister à la rencontre annuelle Red Barns Spectacular. Un paradis de passionnés de voiture. »
