We were happy that the hotel was close enough to WMU, while in a quiet uncrowded spot and easy to get to. We were on the 4th floor, and all was quiet and clean. The bed was comfortable and the kitchenette area was useful including a sink. Breakfast was plentiful and included hot foods despite it saying continental breakfast. We were very content with our choice and would go back.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel as a whole is very nice and I love that it is close to my son's school. Food is okay, more choices for meat would be nice for people that don't eat pork.

We liked the kitchenette in the room and the bed was comfortable. We didn't like the noise coming from the room above us for what seemed like most of the night. The hot tub area looks like it has mold on the floor and could use a good pleasure wash, but the hot tub was hot and relaxing.

This hotel amazed me. The decor, the comfortable bed, the shower, everything was perfect. Which I really didn’t expect because it was a Best Western Plus I expected it would be only acceptable as I had stayed at others and that’s what I found. But since this had a Plus after the name I guess that meant it was a great hotel, it really was.

The location and grounds were excellent for our needs. In our opinions the bathrooms could use upgrades - better lighting and venting. And we noticed floor dirt/ dust/ debris the would go more than a day before being removed. Appreciated staff and breakfasts.

I would have given 5 stars but when we entered our room there was water on the tile floor. We determined that it was coming from the refrigerator. I reported that to the front desk and was given old towels to mop the water up with and then was told to turn the refrigerator temp colder. We discovered the refrig had been turned off and that the water came from the freezer part defrosting. I feel that this scenario was odd and that we shouldn't have been expected to mop up the water ourselves. Breakfast buffet was good except for the eggs. They were weird. Otherwise we were satisfied with our stay.
