Cliff Chair Ski Lift Tours and Activities

For a sandman it lacks the Branding and expectations. It’s worn out and smelly and rooms have not been well maintained. Bathroom is rough with cracks and yellow stains in the tub. Needs a deep clean and a refresh

The staff at the hotel were amazing and very helpful. I enjoyed the Denny's on-site. Lots of food options and a mall across the street. I was put into a suite in the Tower, I wouldn't recommend the tower to women traveling solo. There is no security in the tower and you have to cross through the back parking lot to get to it, which didn't feel super safe at night. I had a man attempt to follow me inside and then another morning there were 2 RCMP vehicles boxing in a car and searching it. I would recommend Sandman hire a security guard to monitor the tower entryway at night. The room was rundown, clearly hadn't been maintained to a high standard. There was a yellow stain on the wall, mold around the tub and one of the cabinet doors was bleached. I have stayed in many Sandmans across Canada and this was the worst one I have stayed in. I wouldn't stay at the Sandman in Kelowna again.

We stayed for 3 days in a one bedroom suite. It was spacious and clean. The furniture could use an upgrade though. The staff was fantastic and very knowledgeable. We enjoyed the adults only pool and poolside service. We also dined at Eldorado pub for happy hour and they were very accommodating with my food allergy requirements. We didn’t use the gym or require laundry service. Overall a great stay and a good location. We would stay here again. Thanks D
