« The stay was great. The only thing that that I/we had a problem with was that no one told us that there would not be housekeeping on a daily basis. I didn’t find out until I got in for the night and found that housekeeping didn’t come to our room. Then I called the front desk asking about getting fresh towels and that’s when i was told that you have to request housekeeping if you are staying for less than 4 days/nights. And with the price I paid I feel like I should have housekeeping every day....

Chambre très spacieuse et propre, piscine bien entretenue et déjeuner complémentaire (inclus) offrait beaucoup de choix. Je recommande cet hôtel pour les gens qui veulent visiter Cleveland et les environs. »
