"Our stay was for 16 nights, we were in town for the Blue Jay Spring Training, it is a 7 minute drive or a 27 minute walk to the Stadium, it was perfect. Derek is a great host, his response time to our texts was minutes. All pictures of the house and listing of amenities is very accurate. Beds are super comfy. BBQ was perfect. "I went on this trip with my 21 year old son. We had adult family, cousins and a few friends. The house was amazing. We utilized the kayak's and enjoyed the lake behind us very much. We saw manatee on our first day. The pond next to us brought much enjoyment as we saw beautiful birds and turtles all week long. The house itself was gorgeous and spacious for our group. We took an Uber to the store right down the street and to Palm Pavilion to spent a day at the beach, only 5 miles away....

Quiet neighborhood. Easy drive to get to the beach. Quick walk to the end of the street to catch the sunset at a public access point. Had everything we needed (ex. Towels, extra blankets, soap, pots/pans, ect. ) Would definitely stay again if in the area."
