"This was just as the description and photos described. It was a cute spacious country cottage. The owners were exceptionally responsive and helpful. The place was perfect for a small group or even a larger group that sleeps up to 10 people. I highly recommend this Vrbo country cottage to everyone thanks to the great host and the great visit to Farmington with being able to stay at such a nice place. It’s also located so that it’s easy to access either Park Hills or Farmington areas."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. The room they had given us had not been cleaned after last guest, so we had to go back to desk. We were promptly given a new room, which was clean. The bed was comfortable. It was a safe area. Breakfast was okay."

"We arrived early and was they allowed us to check in. That was greatly appreciated because we had traveled 7 hours to get there. Our room was clean and everything in it worked. Walmart is in walking distance , as well as a very limited shopping plaza. Closest mall is about 30 minutes away in the next town.The staff was very kind and breakfast was was good. They provided at least 2 different types of meats each morning we were there. They provide unlimited coffee all day in the lobby. There was no coffee pot in the rooms, which was not a problem for me. The room did have a refrigerator and a safe. I would stay here again if I were to visit Perryville again."

"Overall this is a fine hotel. The staff was super friendly, the room was pretty clean and the property was accessible to the highway. Some observations: the drain was draining super slowly. This hotel is adjacent to a golf course so they are overrun by middle aged golfers who like to party once they are done for the day. They drink, smoke, and make plenty of noise. I stayed on the first floor near the lobby and that was a mistake on my part. To sum up, great staff, fairly clean, decent breakfast."

"What a special get-away. THE cleanest place I’ve ever stayed! This property was lovely, definitely returning with my husband next time. The decor was beautiful and had everything we needed for a fun girls getaway weekend. The host had everything well stocked, fresh and accommodating."

"I don’t have any idea where the bad reviews are coming from. The hotel was clean. Staff was inviting. Location is right off I-55 by plenty of other businesses. We came in at night after deciding to take a break from driving & had looked for a cheaper hotel. The room was spacious & clean. A/C worked great. TV & WiFi functioned (we were able to hook up our firestick with no problem at all). Bathroom was clean. Atmosphere was more than comfortable; zero noise at all. Bed & pillows were extremely comfortable. We’ve been on the road for over a week, paid much more for places to stay, & last night was the best sleep we’ve gotten the whole time. Shower pressure was fantastic too. Breakfast was better than most. Hard boiled eggs, sausage patties, cereal, oatmeal, coffee/tea with tons of creamer options, different breads, waffle maker. You’re not gonna find a better option for the money. 10/10 would stay again! (They asked about pets when checking in, so they obviously do accept them with an extra charge. We didn’t have one though.)"

"Appreciated the outdoor pool after a hot day of hiking and outdoor activity. Also really appreciated that front desk staff immediately put me in a different but identical room after I walked into the first room, tried to close the shade and the cord totally broke. I was very comfortable, had all my needs met and the price was market value"
