Appartements à louer pour vos week-ends à City Island

« Maria war uns eine unglaubliche Hilfe, sie hat unsere Reise unvergesslich und stressfrei gestaltet. Vielen Dank, Maria! »

« Communication with this property was poor from the start. Before arrival, I modified our reservation and then heard nothing for over a week. After multiple attempts to reach someone, I had to contact customer support just to confirm the change had been made. I specifically raised concerns about the lack of communication and was assured we would have a designated manager available 24/7 after check-in. That was not our experience. During a confusing and stressful check-in, we finally reached a...

« I have waited a couple weeks to write this review to eliminate the emotion and just be factual with my review. I wish we read the reviews prior to booking this stay. We have three main issues with the property. 1 - The apartment was not located as advertised. The key pick up is close to the advertised location and the address is actually about ten blocks north east. 2 - The communication with the host was very poor. It’s seems like an automated message that didn’t respond accurately. We ...

« The location great. Very convenient to upper west side. That was the positive. The negatives- kitchen was not very clean. We ended up using plastic utensils as several forks and knives were dirty.- coffee maker didn’t work- debris on ground of kitchen- the apartment is dark! The pictures are not totally reflective- no AC in the main bedroom. Window AC in the main room- only 1 key!! Not sure how you can sleep 8 people and only have 1 key. That required a lot of juggling- host was somewhat...

« First and most important, this is NOT a one bedroom apartment. It is very clearly a studio. I asked the host prior to our stay to clarify this and they said that it is a one bedroom with a wall and a door between the living space and the bedroom. They lied. The check-in was a nightmare because we were told that the key lock was on a bike rack near the place. It was a block away on a steel rack around a tree. We had to try several locks before we found the right one. The sheets, comforters...

« La chambre était parfaitement conforme et propre. Fonctionnelle et très bien placée dans Manhattan. »

« The leaking toilet had having to mop up each flush was a bit inconvenient but the rest of the stay was great. »

« Really nice place we liked it a lot but no heater system »

« Very friendly and accommodating. The place was clean and well kept. Great communication as well! »

« Clean apartment in a convenient location, close to the subway and walking distance from lots of attractions. My only nits would be that the shower doesn't drain very well and the walls are a little thin but besides that everything was awesome! »
