The bathroom was very good and complete. The hotel itself is beautiful and has incredible views. The buffet dinner had tons of options and was top notch. Same for the breakfast. The staff in general was very nice and helpful. And the onsen was incredible, with thermal waters and very nice facilities. Arriving at the hotel is rather easy, it's a 45 minute bus ride from Odawara Station if you get to Hakone by train. And the bus leaves you just at the door. The bus also takes you to some of the most popular attractions in the area, so it is very convenient if you want to move around. We liked it so much we decided to extend our stay for an extra night, so we'd definitely go back again."
