It's a short 2 minute walk to the New World Supermarket. The property includes 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. It has a sunny outdoor dining table in its own private courtyard. This unit is conveniently close to South City Shopping Centre, Hagley Park, Christchurch Hospital, Parakiore Recreation and Sports Centre and other amenities to explore while having fun in the city. \- Open-plan kitchen, dining, living and bedroom. \- Single level ground floor unit. \- Washer/dryer combination machine in the kitchen area \-Murphy bed that can sleep 2 guests. The bed will be set up on your arrival, can be converted into a sofa. \-Full-sized bathroom - Tiled Shower, Bidet toilet with heated toilet seat, Heated towel rail and vanity \-Sunny private courtyard with outdoor table and chairs. Canterbury Linen Service who services local 5 Star Hotels provide our sheets and towels. You can sink into the luxury of a professionally laundered bed knowing it's a 5-star hotel clean. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property during your stay. It will be fully cleaned and prepared for your arrival and you will find everything you need to make your stay comfortable. There is high-speed internet throughout the property. Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and WiFi passwords. We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. Upon check-out, you can leave the property on your own. 8 Wilmer Street’s fantastic location, situated in the heart of the CBD, makes it an attractive option for tourists and travelers. The Moov it app is great to download ahead of time should you wish to use the bus system while visiting Christchurch. On-street parking is free outside the development but can often be full during work hours however does empty out in the evenings. The surrounding streets also have free parking available, so if you have a car, you should be able to find a parking spot close by. This information is detailed in the Welcome Pack inside the property. The property does not include any allocated carparks, there is street parking only. City Noise - Please note this is a city living Townhouse. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and neighboring residential noise. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended. Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability. We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us. Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund. Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance. Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
