« Hôtel très bien situé, à 15/20mn à pied de la gare de Bromley South. Victoria station est à 17mn en train-direct. L'accueil et le service y sont excellents. Le petit déjeûner très bon. Le personnel très attentif. La salle de restaurant donne sur la verdure. Calme assuré. Le passage des trains s'entend à peine et n'est nullement gênant. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir. »

« Les chambres sont dégueulasses j'ai eu droit à des draps sales qui ont sûrement été utilisés avant moi. Les photos sur hôtel.com n'ont absolument rien à voir avec la réalité. Même gratuitement je n'y retournerai pas. Et pour couronner le tout la musique était à fond une bonne partie de la soirée dans le PUB géré par les propriétaires. À fuir pour votre bien et votre santé. »

"In General, the hotel was quite nice and comfortable, but I was quite disappointed with the gym / spa area: there are constant swimming lessons held in the pool, even at times when the schedule placed at the door indicates no lessons. Also, each person entering the spa area has to pass through the gym - turning it into a waiting room atmosphere with screaming children passing through & parents just waiting around while you work out. It was fine for a business trip, but I would not book this place for a relaxing stay for this reason."
