Great hotel, very close to the airport. Very comfortable. I'd gladly stay again. The hinge on the shower door was loose, therefore preventing the shower door from staying closed I didn't know how to say that in Spanish but if I tried asking then for help I'm certain that they would have fixed it for me.

Clean rooms, great breakfast. Great air conditioning, small small pool. Great location. Friendly staff.. lots to do near by. Stairs and elevators

We stayed for 4 nights, family of 3 in room 3724. The view is spectacular probably one if the best view of the city. Room is spacious, lots of pillows side chairs, table desks, refrigerator, coffee machine and we were give 2 bottles of water daily. Hotel is situated in the city near all, lots of food place close by, 7mins from poin panama, 20mins to the panama canal tour. Hotel is joined to the mall very spacious and clean. Staff is helpful and go above to assist you. Room service every day no issues. My only issue was that because there is no curtain or door on the shower the room get misty and smells musty of water and mold smell. I notice most hotel not adequately containing water in the shower area and dampness equal mold and must. Other than that the water pressure is good lots of warm water and spacious bathroom. Breakfast was good. Good and healthy selection to choose from.

My son and I stayed one night at the Decapolis Hotel, and while the property itself is impressive, the overall experience was mixed. The hotel is immaculately clean, centrally located, and offers great views of the city. We enjoyed the modern amenities, including the large pool, glass elevator, and the convenient skywalk that connects directly to a shopping center. Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the facilities. Staff members were curt and unhelpful, and when we asked questions, we were often shrugged off or redirected without explanation. Other guests were assisted while we were ignored, which left a negative impression. The hotel’s open‑lobby design also created a major issue: an event took place late into the night, and the noise carried all the way up to the rooms. We weren’t able to sleep until it ended past midnight. Check‑in was another challenge. Tour groups arrived at the same time, and although two staff members were present, only one was willing to check us in. The other employee was checking in random guests but refused to assist us, pointing us toward the long tour‑group line instead. Checkout, however, was quick and easy. Overall, the hotel has excellent facilities and a great location, but the service and noise issues significantly impacted our stay.
