"Such a pleasant hotel experience! The staff was beyond helpful and very friendly. There are both Japanese and western dining options at the hotel, as well as a delicious breakfast buffet. I would recommend at least booking breakfasts when you arrive as there are not many easily walkable restaurants, and the area is very hilly. "The staff was very helpful, even though there is no on site staff, the directions that they sent through the PDF to get into the building and into the room was very thorough, and when I had a problem connecting to the Internet, they responded right away and helped me right away. The room was very clean, and aside from the construction outside (to no fault of the hotels), which made it a little bit harder to sleep. Everything else was amazing!
