"All was good except the hotel charges a mandatory resort fee which really just makes the room more expensive. When I asked what were the resort amenities I got a blank stare, then was told we have an outdoor pool (which was unusable in October) and a gym (which most decent hotels have now). Just an extra annoying charge because they can."

"Just the best hotel in Windsor locks. Super clean big room laundry. Stove big refrigerator gym good location 4-5 from the airport Well no complaints at all the front desk lady’s are pretty friendly The only thing I ddnt play with. Was the pillows they were really soft for me bt the rest just beautiful hotel n not expensive at all .. I do recommend it a 100 %"

"Overall, our stay was very nice. We were there for 6 nights. The room was modern and was well equipped with everything you could ever need in the kitchen (it was a 2 bedroom suite). The closet doors didn’t work great and there was a used wash cloth on the tub, but everything else was clean and as expected. Towels were fine, but on about night 3 we noticed they smelled STONGLY of men’s cologne or something. When we checked in, the associate at the desk was lovely and welcoming. The other staff was polite and took care of any requests we had. The morning breakfast had what we needed and rotated through a a few various items to keep things interesting but they had all the staples which were to be expected - oatmeal (and all the fixings), hard-boiled eggs, fruit, dried cereal, yogurt, waffles, etc. The coffee was rough and I was disappointed in the evening when I would go for some hot water to make tea and the carafe was either empty or had cold water in it. I am sure the staff would have provided hot water if I asked, but I didn’t bother. I used the gym several times and it had the basics - treadmills, bike and dumbbells with a bench. It was bare minimum, but I was able to make the best of it. We didn’t use the pool but it looked well maintained and inviting. I would recommend this hotel and would visit again, given the opportunity."
