Hotel is dated and not up to usual W standards. The design of my room was also unusual, especially the bathroom, which was L shaped and had no lighting in the shower area. Also no drawers to put clothes, etc in Shower temperature fluctuated (hot, then cold water, then back to hot) and ice machine on my floor was out of order so I had to go to a different floor
