There are no microwaves in the rooms for good reason because there is an infestation of ANTS on the fourth floor, the heat doesn’t work, your room key just stops working randomly, there are hookers and drug addicts all over the building, I just came from the hair salon and the maintenance workers literally blew the dirt and leaves into a tornado form throughout the entrance of the building and left it there for housekeeping to sweep back outdoors the following day and a FOUL odor in the AIR IN THE REAR OF THE BUILDING. "They gave me a pet room, i requested a handicapped friendly room. After we settled in I noticed a strong urine smell from the carpet. We were too tired to repack and request a room change. Suffered through the odor. The rooms need renovation, staff was fine."
