Excellent location w d subway right at d doorstep. Serves gd breakfast. Dey serve this delicious red date drink at d lobby *thumbs up*. Concierge was v helpful, got me d recipe nspecially called me in d room. However the following needs to improve:
1) water will flow out fr shower to bathroom. We stayed in 3 different rooms n it happened in all.
2) Front desk needs to be more attentive. Our 1st two nites were booked separately by ihg agent due to redemption of pts. 2nd nite our card didnt work n we had to go bk to front desk. 2nd leg, we returned fr emei n d room was lil bit older n d
bathroom problem was bad. Front desk told us dey will send someone to fix it. When we rtn at nite, front desk staff told us she duno if its fixed n ask us to chk ourselves. She was also v condescendg when we enquired whether there is a
member rate for breakfast n said member or not, d price is d same. When we called guest svc over d fone, dey were able to chk tat someone came to look at d problem. Last day, we still had laundry w dem when we checked out. When we rtn to pick up our luggage at nite, front desk told us d laundry dept was closed. When i told her we were flying home tat night, she said dey can send d clothes to us assuming we were locals. In d end concierge said clothes r w dem.
3) Seafd buffet was lousy. After promoting it to us we realised not much fd was left in d buffet n no more refills. D fd was lousy.
