« The property was clean but there was absolutely no staff that was useful. We stayed for 4 days with two babies under two and were left with only two towels. When we asked for more towels, no one would help us. Overall I wish there was more staff to help the customers it would make the stay a lot more enjoyable. »

« 1. The hotel is in a beautiful area, convenient to everything we were interested in doing.
2. The complex is clean, but everything is very dated.
3. We found it very strange that there were no bathrooms near the pool areas. Going back to your room for some was not doable.

« We were lock out of our room for over 4 hours and tried to get ahold of someone to re program our room door code and couldn’t get ahold of anyone so we went to the next door neighbor and it just happened to be the property manager. This is why I’m not giving an excellent review since we were unable to get into our room for over 4 hours and had to sit in our car since the weather was cloudy, rainy and cold. Other than that we were happy with the room overall. »
