The staff was friendly and proactive. Their concierge reached out and asked if I was interested in being provided with recommendations or ideas on what to do. We were also upgraded to a suite upon checking in. The facility was clean and the pool and tub were a nice amenity after a long drive. There was no charge for parking and plentiful of it. Would definitely come back!

Our first time in Lake Chelan, im so glad we book this hotel. Very convenient, everything is so close, there’s a bunch of restaurant around the hotel and theres a 2 mins drive grocery store. They have a small kitchen nook in the room with mini fridge, small sink and microwave. It was so useful for us coz we have a 3 year old and needs some milk. Staff are also very helpful and check in is so easy coz day before ur trip u can check in and get ur room number with door code. They have a swimming pool, pickle ball area and gaming station but we didnt have enough time to use it. We will definetly go back here next time. Its also one of the affordable hotels we saw in the property.

Pros: Clean, modern room. excellent AC. Great shower. Quiet. There was a yappy dog in a nearby room and when I mentioned it to staff they took care of it right away, with no further disturbances. Cons: was taken aback by $25/day “facility fee” that was not mentioned (that I saw, anyway) in the Expedia listing. VERY strong febreze /perfume smell in room.

Beds were really comfy with thick pillow top matress pads. Hotel was very cute, well decorated. We liked the two lounge/game rooms and the outdoor patio on the second floor. Didnt get a chance to try the pickleball court but looked nice. Would stay again!

We just stayed there for the first time and was very impressed. Property shows like it’s new with nice touches in the lobby and hallways. Our room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed being walking distance to restaurants, bakeries and a grocery store. This time of year was cold and rainy so didn’t visit the pool area but now we know this hotel will be our go to in the future visits. Hard to beat price and location.

Good price. Add $10 a night for a resort fee not disclosed as part of the Expedia price. Annoying but not a huge deal. New and clean. Modern rooms with mini fridge & small microwave. No front desk after 6:30pm - odd. No Security at all but, seems pretty safe. Yet it is Manson that historically hasn't been a great area but is now rapidly being ‘Gentrified’ and much nicer & eclectic. Walk to main street of cool restaurants & pubs. Hot tub open but jets were broken. Single Pickleball court with strange plastic surface and nice fence but balls can pass through. Overall, recommend.

Hotel was located right off the main road going through Manson,very easy to find. Room was clean and updated, bathroom was big. We had a double bed room and one of the beds had a weird foam mattress topper on it, was a little uncomfortable& made it hard to move around in bed. We didn't use the pool but it looked clean and refreshing. Front desk staff was very helpful when we were looking for transportation to and from the casino which is about a mile away. Gave us the business card of a local Uber driver and told us about the casino shuttle. The only thing that would make me hesitate to stay here again is this hotel is on the pricier side, we were traveling in May and not sure if it's considered peak summer traveling time yet? Down the road from the hotel is a very nice family friendly winery called Wapato Point Cellars that has really good food and drinks with nice views.
